Location was great and pleasant, about 15 mins walk to Costa Martianez Water Park. We were set in the center of the city.

I appreciated the place, it was beautiful and fairly clean and had marvellous location next to the shopping mall down the hill and many bars, shops, local attractions, and various walking routes. The staff seemed to be welcoming and polite.

Liked most aspects, except location, it was unfortunate.

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments in Puerto de la Cruz. The staff at Apartamentos Casablanca were always helpful and ready to assist with any queries. The rooms were spacious and cozy, and the daily cleaning service was convenient. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. The location was ideal, with the hotel situated close to the city center and a nearby beach. The underground parking was a convenient option, and there was also a supermarket nearby. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Puerto de la Cruz.

Room was huge and practical with full kitchens, shower gel, bedrooms. Attentive and accommodating staff and the stay was REALLY COMFORTABLE.

the apartment was fairly clean and had peaceful location up a hill. all in all everything was great, as a bonus i received wake up service free of charge. loved every moment there.

The location was unbeatable to Siam park, and had everything you needed. During the stay everything was great and I got wake up calls as a compliment.

This hotel is located in a very traditional area, down the steps to the main central square. the room was spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of wardrobe space. the kitchen had all the necessary equipment. the staff were friendly and helpful. There is an excellent book exchange in the complex and several shops nearby. the pool area was comfortable and there were no shortage of sunbeds. the gym was well-equipped. the wifi worked well.

The pool area can get busy when the sun is out.

The complex was fantastic with clean and comfortable apartments. The amenities provided were top-notch, especially the spacious balcony with a great view. The staff were extremely friendly and always went above and beyond to assist us. The restaurant, bar, and entertainment options were plentiful, and there was even a bowling alley and pool for added enjoyment.

Our room was noisy, overlooking the bar area, and it was quite hot at night without air conditioning. the lift was tiny and not very convenient for guests with pushchairs or heavy luggage.
